Premier Insights - Announcements - John F. DeLancey Joins Premier Insights and Radiant Lending Technologies

Radiant Lending Technologies and parent company Premier Insights are pleased to announce the addition of John DeLancey as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering. DeLancey formally joined the companies in January 2021, although he had been working with them for many years in his role as owner of White Raven Technology LLC. His addition was the result of a strategic merger among the entities. Through White Raven, a software development firm specializing in custom application development, cloud computing, and digital management and marketing technologies, John had long served as Senior Developer for Radiant, the software and technology subsidiary of Premier Insights.

Formerly an officer in the United States Air Force, John leverages more than two decades of experience learning, implementing, and evolving with technology to enhance the Radiant brand as well as integrate technology solutions into analysis provided by Premier Insights. His software development expertise spans distributed and cloud-based systems, blockchain-backed asset tracking & credential management solutions, in addition to many other well established and budding new technologies.

His focus for Radiant includes improved analytical and reporting capabilities for the vast trove of data the software makes available to customers as well as active monitoring of data trends, peer data, credit loss risk evaluations, forecasting and much more. Of special focus is integrating machine learning technology into areas such as underwriting and fair lending trend projection, enhanced mortgage origination, and commercial loan origination.

“John’s character, work ethic, vision, and solution-oriented personality are an excellent fit for us,” said Brandon Roberts, President of Premier Insights, “and we remain incredibly blessed to have him as a member of our team.”
